As 2025 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on the work, momentum, and collaboration that shaped the past twelve months. This year brought new products, deeper sustainability commitments, smarter digital tools, and continued growth across our teams. Here’s a look at what defined Acoufelt’s 2025.
One of the most meaningful milestones for our team was the announcement of our new North American headquarters, located just a few miles from our current facility. The new space positions us to scale production, strengthen operations, and deliver greater consistency and speed for our customers. Earlier this year, the team visited the future site to see what is ahead and mark the moment together.

This year, we introduced more than 110 new product designs across ceiling and wall applications. Key additions include:
Inspired by the timeless beauty of the galaxy, Milkyway was the new addition to our Premier Collection. The new color features a refined neutral palette of beige, white, and black fibers with a sophisticated heathered texture. Since its launch, Milkyway quickly became one of the most frequently sampled products, reflecting strong demand for its calm, elegant, and adaptable aesthetic.

In 2025, sustainability remained a core focus at Acoufelt. Products in our Premier and WoodGrain Collections continue to incorporate a minimum of 60% recycled PET material. Every square foot of our 12mm FilaSorb™ felt panels contains regenerated fibers made from more than ten 20 oz recycled bottles, helping divert a total of 31.7 million 20 oz water bottles from landfills, while delivering beautiful, functional acoustic solutions.

This year, we launched the Product Sample Configurator to make custom product sample requests faster and easier. Users can select a product, choose a colorway, specify sample thickness when available, and request samples directly from the product page. The configurator also generates PDF examples that can be printed before the sample arrives. Since its launch this summer, product sample requests have increased by nearly 40%.
In 2025, our reach grew across key market segments. We strengthened our presence in education, healthcare, transportation, sports, retail, and other sectors, connecting with more firms and supporting a broader range of projects. To make our capabilities clearer, we introduced a dedicated web page that outlines the markets we serve. The page highlights three main categories: Workplace, Leisure, and Community. Each category has further examples of environments and inspiration to help designers explore what is possible.
To support our continued growth, we invested in expanding every department and adding regional sales support to better serve broader areas in California and Texas, as well as full state coverage of Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky. These additions strengthened our ability to respond to customer needs, improve service across key regions, and support our long-term business objectives.
Acoufelt earned notable industry recognition in 2025, with several new products highlighted through award nominations, features, and design programs celebrating innovation and material performance. These accolades reflect our ongoing commitment to thoughtful, high-quality solutions.
Workplace wellness initiatives, quarterly company-wide gatherings, and team celebrations played a significant role in shaping our culture in 2025, with activities such as step challenges, bocce ball competitions, and monthly banner month celebrations helping to strengthen relationships across departments and support our growth as an organization.
